Uses
Oxytetracyclin tin is a broad spectrum antibiotic.
Indication
Indicated in the treatment and control of desease in calves, pigs and poultry caused by or associated with, organisms sensitive to oxytetracyclin.
Administration and dosage :
Oral route, in drinking water.
Calves, pigs and poultry: 50 mg of oxytin 50/kg body weight / day
during 3 to 5 days, or 100 g per 200 litres of water
for poultry (0,5 g/litre of water).
Withdrawal time :
Meat and offal : 7 days
Eggs : nil.
Storage :
3 years, away from light and in a dry area.

Uses : treatment of post-partum infections.
Composition : chlortetracycline (chlorydrate) 500mg
Excipient q.s. 1 oblet of 20 grammes
Indications : for mares, cows, ewes, goats and sows:
post-partum germs sensitive to chlortetracycline
Dosage and administration: Intra uterine route
Ewes, goats and sows: 1 pessary
Mares, cows : 2 pessaries
Withdrawal time : meat and offal : 7 days ; milkings : 3 days
Presentation : box of 20 pessaries with gloves.

oxy spray Présentation: spray de 200ml Type: antibiotic Voie d'administration: spray cutane Principe actif: oxytetracycline
Concentration: 140g Description: Presentation: a purple coloured aerosol spray containing 5g Oxytetracycline hydrochloride Ph.Eur per 140g can (3.6% w/w).
Uses: oxtetracycline is active against a wide range of Gram-posistive and Gram-negative pathogenic bacteria.
Oxytet spray is indicated for the treatment of foot rot and topical infections caused by Oxytetracycline-sensitive organisms in cattle, sheep and pigs.
Dosage and Administration: for the treatment of foot rot, the hooves should be cleaned and pared prior to administration. Wounds should be cleaned prior to administration. Shake the can before use. Spray for a few seconds or until the lesion is adequately covered. Treated sheep should be allowed to stand on dry ground for one hour before returning to pasture.
Contra-indications, warnings, etc: keep away from eyes. Avoid contact with skin. Wash hands after use. Avoid inhaling vapours. Pressurised container, protect from sunlight and do not expose to temperatures above 50ºC. Do not pierce or burn, even after use. Do not spray on a naked flame or any incandescent material. For external use only. Highly flammable. Must be used in a well ventilated area. Do not smoke when using this product.
Withdrawal period: meat, milk and offal: nil
Pharmaceutical precautions: keep out of the reach of children. Store below 25ºC.

Concentration: 10% Description: Broad spectrum bacteriostatic injectable antibiotique.
Veterinary use only.
Active ingredients: Oxytetracycline hydrochloride 10g, excipient: q.s. 100ml
Indications: the use of oxytetracycline 10% is indicated in cattle, horse, sheep, goat and swine diseases. Many of the pathogens involved in animal diseases are known to be susceptible to oxytatracycline hydrochloride therapy such as digestive pathogens, skin, lungs, urinary, genital and septicemic pathogens.
Dosage and administration: Subcutaneous,slow intravenous and deep intramuscular routes.
Adults: 5mg/kg/day for 3 days (0.5ml/10kg/day)
Young animals: 10mg/kg/day for 3 days (1ml/10kg/day)
Caution: do not inject more than 10ml per injection site.
Withdrawal time: offal and meat: 14 days, milk: 72 hours

Concentration: 20% Description: Broad spectrum injectable long acting antibiotic
Composition for 100ml: oxytetracycline dihydrate 20g. excipient: q.s.100ml
Uses: For the treatment of diseases caused by digestive, skin, lungs, uro-genitals and septicemic pathogenes sensitive to oxytetracycline (gram positives, gram negatives, leptospires, chlamydias and mycoplasma).
Dosage and administration: Cattle, sheep, goats, pigs: intramuscular route. 1ml/10kg bogyweight, i.e.20mg of oxytet 20 par kilo weight in one single administration. Depending on the degree of infection, another injection can be given 3 to 4 days after the first one.
Warning: it is better not to inject more than 10ml to 20ml per injection site, depending on the size of animal. To be used with care on pregnant females and kidney insufficient animals.
Withdrawal time: Meat and Offal: 15 days, milk: 10 milkings.
