AD3E, injectable vitamins complex

Active ingredients:
Vitamine A 8MUI
Vitamine D3 4 MUI
Vitamine E 2 g
Excipient: q.s.100 ml

Uses:
For the prevention and treatment of vitamins A, D3 and E deficiencies in cattle, sheep, goats and pigs (such as poor growth, ophthalmic diseases and reproductive deficiencies).
AD3E vitamins are indicated for those disease conditions where a deficiency of either vitamin A, D or E is known to occur. After injection, the vitamins are quickly and completely absorbed. The AD3E vitamins stimulates the cellular and tissular reactions in period of growth, production and convalescence. (resistance to infections and reinforcement of epitheliums).

Dosage and administration:
By subcutaneous or intramuscular injections.
Cattle: 10 ml
Calf: 4 to 5 ml
Sheep, goat: 4 ml
Lamb, kid: 2 ml
Pig: 5 to 8 ml
Piglet: 1 to 3 ml

Withdrawal time:
Offal and meat: 60 days

Description: Uses: cattle: for the control of mature and developing immature forms of gastrointestinal roundworms, lungworms, tapeworms and adult liver fluke. The product is also active against fluke and roundworm eggs. Maxazole is active against the following species:

Roundworms: Ostertagia, Haemonchus, Trichostrongylus, Nematodirus, Oesophagostomum, Bunostomum, Cooperia and Strongyloides spp. It is usually effective against inhibited larvae of Cooperia and Ostertagia.

Lungworms: Distyocaulus viviparus.

Tapeworms: Monezia spp.

Adult liver fluke: Fasciola hepatica.

Administration: by oral route,

Cattle: 750 mg to 1000 mg / 100 kg bodyweight. ¾ (2500 mg) bolus to 1 (2500 mg) bolus / 250 kg

Treatment is recommended for dairy cows during drying up period, colostrums period or calf feeding.

Contra-indications, warnings: for animal treatment only. Not to be used in animals known to be hypersensitive to the active ingredient. Intensive use or misuse of anthelmintics can give rise to resistance. To reduce this risk, dosing programs should be discussed with a veterinary surgeon. The use of albendazole in breeding bulls or pregnant cattle is not expected to interfere with their reproductive performance. It can also be safely used during lactation. Not to be used in dairy cows if milk is for human consumption.

Withdrawal time: meat and offal: 10 days
